This essence came about during the time of birthing Essence of Transcend.

As I began taking Transcend (which highlighted quite a few things about myself I wasn’t comfortable with!) The Guides who work with me gave me an insight on how to draw upon the whole range of essences to help deal with the changes. It hadn’t occurred to me to merge all 6 of the essences in one bottle (much like the Rescue Remedy by Bach), but that’s what I did. The result… brilliant!

As you work through the Illumine range of essences (starting with Authenticity ending with Transcend), each one will raise your vibration slightly higher, and also focus upon a particular area of your life. With this focus comes cleansing and letting go, which can cause discomfort at times. This is where Balance and Boost can help.

When taking Balance and Boost you are taking in all 6 of the essences in one go, but in an incredibly balanced and enhanced way. It will immediately restore a balance to the energy within your system and bring with it a sense of calmness and determination.

Unlike the other essences in the range, Balance and Boost can be taken when you need it rather than just 3 times per day. Although having said that, if you find you’re taking it more than about 6 times per day I’d suggest working with a therapist, such as Karen or myself, to help identify and work through the core issue.

Balance and Boost is a complementary Essences and can be taken as a stand-alone essence, or whilst taking other essences.
