From Illusion: pain, terror, dark, lost, unfocussed, undisciplined, worried, attached, apprehension, alarm, let down, distressed, nightmare, death, despair, doubt, fear.

To Truth: bravery, courage, home, success, fearlessness, heroism, unconcern, trust, faith, love, evolution.

The quartz crystal merkabah is the main facilitator/power enhancer for the Essence of Transformation. The merkabah means Light Body, and is thought by many to be a means of transforming the human, physical body into a vehicle/chariot of Light. The merkabah is a 3 dimensional Star of David/Seal of Solomon, and represents both the masculine (upward triangle) and the feminine (downward triangle). As with previous essence birthings, the main facilitator holds the key to the energy signature of the essence. It provides a new and unique dimension to the essence.

Full moon. The Harvest Moon.

During the day, I had felt compelled to visit Butterfly World - a small attraction in Leeds. There, I had the opportunity to watch the butterflies emerge from their chrysalis, newly born. I took some time to just sit and watch the process of transformation, knowing that the Essence was to be birthed a few hours later that day.

The channeled reading for Essence of Transformation begins at 11:11pm. It is a very clear night, and the stars are plenty across the sky. I notice that Jupiter is also shining brightly, in a south westerly position from where I am sitting.

As I look at the moon, I seem to be held in its powerful gaze – almost hypnotice and trance-like. I am being told, that this is the power of the feminine – the power to entrance – the power to transform. We must learn to control this power, and not use it to manipulate others. Now is the time to use our power for the absolute good of ourselves and others.

I am also reminded that Transformation is the opposite of stagnation. The word itself is repellent to us, yet if we do not work on ourselves, this is what will happen - we will regress, and stagnate. Evolution is all, and we have to assist the transformational process by 'allowing' it to happen.

My mind is filled with urgent questions.... What do we need to know? How may we continue to Transform? What are the consequences of not transforming? How can we, as Gods ourselves, truly stagnage? How would it be possible? The answer comes to me from my Guide, as soft and nurturing as a hand on a child's head:

"Dearest Ones…listen well. It is more than possible now that you feel far far from transforming. Density is a dangerous thing at such a time of speed and acceleration. If you allow it, it will become a means to slow you down. It will be an added weight will hinder you and anchor you to the present, which will inevitably become the past, of course.

As you are held back with your earthly selves, to continue to experience the 5 sense, 3 dimensional world – due to your refusal to detach and allow the process of transformation, it will become impossible for you to enter into the 5 dimensional space that we (and yourselves) are currently creating. Illness, fatigue…stress….and yet more dis-ease. These are the things that lie ahead for dense beings, in a high vibrational world - there is no harmony or balance. It is not a pretty picture, is it?

" Karen – you and your butterflies! You have been surrounded by them all day - and we have brought their symbology to you for many days before. They are beautiful, and how miraculous it must have felt for you to watch the transformation of the butterflies today. You were transfixed by the process of when you saw it up close, as an observer. It is perfection.

It is also only a mirror of what is happening to all beings….second by second. Constantly and consistently you are transforming, both physically and mentally. It is not something which happens overnight - do not wait to see what happens as the years go by! It is happening now as you write/read this.

You have a choice. Leave density behind and keep moving forward, albeit a small step at a time – learn, experience and share/teach what you have experienced. This is the way of true transformation.

Reach in to the depths of your soul and see the process as an observor….and be transfixed by it! Give thanks to God and the Universe for being alive. Give thanks for the breath of God.

This Essence of Transformation prepares you for the death/rebirth process which is 'Transcend'. A process. It is a process, that is all – a cycle, if you will, a continuing cycle of transformation and transcendence. As above, so below.

Now hear this: a heartbeat. A drum beat. Call it what you will - listen for it. It is reminiscent of a Mother’s heartbeat – the first thing you hear in this physical, conscious awareness you call life. It is a nurturing and comforting sound – this heartbeat/drum beat is now calling you home. Listen. HEAR, and follow the rhythm…begin to vibrate in a harmonious way to the same rhythm so that it becomes part of you. There is no time. The time is now – your own heartbeat will soon join with the Great Mother’s heartbeat. This is Unity. This is One-ness.

And so it is.

End note: Before the reading, I took a quiet moment to thank the 5 Assistors and Facilitators, the beautiful divine beings who inhabit the crystals and gemstones that have been tasked to help us with the birthing of the Five Sacred Feminine Essences. Their powerful and unique energy has helped in ways I am unable to express or completely comprehend. Their presence feels so perfect and I have a feeling of utmost reverence and respect to them. The main facilitator for the Essence of Transformation is the very unique star merkabah. A representation of male/female and also heaven and earth. As above so below, we are reminded. And as we look at the reading above, this essence explains to us that as we, as human beings, are Transforming and evolving, so is everything in creation. This is without doubt a time of powerful evolution and spiritual transformation on every level.
