"I Am Armed. I am Vital."

From Illusion: weak, lacking, indifferent, too hard, forceful, tough, baudy, lust, steamrollered, flattened, unhealthy, compulsive, addicted, intense, stubborn.

To Truth: powerful, stamina, stable, strong, balanced, substantial, complete, robust, sensual, vital, juicy, ripe, potent, spirit, deep, interesting, vivacious, clout, flexible.

Lapis Lazuli is the main Receiver which was used for this Essence, for its association as a Royal stone – in ancient times, the role of King or Queen was that of service and sacrifice to the people of their Kingdom. I feel that this Essence of Strength will be particularly useful and appropriate for healers, therapists and lightworkers….anyone who is being called to walk the path of service to the Universe.

What is Strength?

When we are strong we feel stable, we have more stamina – we feel balanced and safe. It is not possible to be strong, and to also focus on feelings of weakness or ignorance, or to be conscious of what we feel we are lacking in a physical and mental sense.

This Essence helps to illuminate the substantial, unique strength, that women (and men who are connected to their feminine side) hold at their core – it is stable, balanced and incredibly robust. It is a strength which is also flexible and pliable. Perfect and complete. As a woman, understand that this is your True nature.

As you take this Strength Essence, it will help you to recognise, and to use this inner strength in the most appropriate manner in order to best serve yourself and others.

The goal is to understand the immense power that all women have, and to identify the robust, sensual , vital and vivacious energy that often lies dormant in women for most of their lives. Often, women will endlessly seek for something to lean on, to make them feel ‘complete’ – usually it is a man, but it can be drugs, alcohol, food - even religion.

This Essence will help you to realise that there is no need to seek outside of yourself for these qualities. You will begin to understand that you can tap into your immense power and strength at will, without the need for external influences or ‘crutches’. These are your precious gifts – you have always had them, and now is the time for you to recognise them…and more importantly, start to use them!

This does not mean abusing your power – by manipulating anyone or any circumstance. You do not need to manipulate, or to be manipulated.

To this end, we must also learn/remember that strength should not be associated with toughness or being too forceful. The wise ones learn to be flexible, and be willing to wield and bend where the circumstances demand it. Sometimes ‘less force’ or ‘less pressure’ is called for – this is using your strength appropriately.

Nor should we automatically think that strength has to do with fighting. Fighting is resisting. It is ego, and at its core is FEAR: fighting says we are trying to overpower or manipulate another person. There is no desire to win with true strength.

What’s more, women can abuse their tremendous strength and power – by becoming lusty, bawdy and/or obsessed with anything and anyone that flatters their ego. Again, this is not strength: it is simply insecurity, ego and fear.

Strength is about having a deep knowing that you already have it ALL. And it has nothing to do with age – women retain their sensuality and become deeper, riper and more complex as they progress through each chapter of their lives.

Essence of Strength helps to illuminate these Truths, and in so doing, you may also recognise and accept the gift of being a powerful, beautiful, creative female – and at all times, to have respect and appreciation for yourself and your fellow woman.

Essence of Strength helps you on your spiritual path by reminding you to FEEL with the heart (and take confident, immediate action on any impulse from the heart) as opposed to relying so much on logic and intellect, and endlessly tying yourself in knots trying to figure out something with your mind!

You will be gently, but firmly, reminded to stop battling and just LET GO – it can often require great courage, determination and strength to let go – but the effort to hold on takes so much of your energy - and it depletes your core strength over time.

So, let go you must - there is no point in ‘enduring’ a circumstance or a battle, when the heart tells you otherwise.

Strength will allow you to SURRENDER without fear of failure, or being too hard or judgemental. Remember: you are armed with everything you need, and you always will be. The source of this strength, this illumination, comes from within YOU. You are a strong, powerful Pillar of Light.

Have no fear of the future – in fact, do not fear anything! There is no darkness when we have inner strength – use this essence to see through the illusion of darkness. You ARE light, and it is an eternal Light.

Be prepared and open to learning experiences in this life: arm yourself with the sword of Knowledge, and the shield of Truth. Hold them steady within your core being, with a quiet strength, knowing that you are protected by knowledge and truth.

As we approach the year 2012, the Divine Feminine within you will strive to Awaken you, and in so doing, will bring balance to your being. This Essence of Strength will help you through this process – it will work deeply but gently within you.

Know how strong you are. Give yourself permission to stop fighting, to surrender, and feel the strength and power of taking control. Let go, without fear, and simply Trust that all is well.

Take Essence of Strength and release your natural vitality – and remember the strong, stable, sensual powerful female you are and always will be. No-thing has power over you.
