Essences of Illumination - spiritual development and evolution

The first of the Sacred Feminine Essences is Essence of Purity. It is important for the female energy at this time. The key message here is Purify thyself.

What do we mean by purify?

First, we let go of all that is not pure. Rather than focus on what it is that we want to attain, it is sometimes easier to recognise that which is NOT in balance – both within and without.

Ask yourself: What is not pure within you and your world? What do you wish to do about it?

The Essence of Purity will help to illuminate, focus, and release that which is not pure.

We are all returning to Purity. Returning to Simplicity. Life is Uncomplicated. This is the message. The ‘essence’ of Purity is a seed of perfection. The exact same perfection which is within your heart, which is now growing stronger within you. Know it. Feel it.

You are born Pure. Pure is Strong. Pure is Perfection. Pure is Complete.

If we try to ADD anything to that which is Pure, it becomes impure. Imperfect. You need to RELEASE all that is not pure in your mind, body and spirit. It is time to have more loving thoughts and feelings about yourelf and others. Abandon the fearful thoughts and feelings.

A pure body – our physicality needs to be focussed on, too. Be more pure within the body, with what we put into it and how we treat it on the outside – nurture your body. You know already what to do. You know the things, which will help make your body pure. Practise discipline, a step at a time, a small change at a time.

Remember that you are supported. You are not alone.

Pure is Lighter. Light is the opposite of heavy. And it is also the opposite of dark. As you take this Purity Essence, feel yourself become less heavy, less burdened – you are naturally and effortlessly becoming lighter and purer. You are becoming closer to your True Self.

Now is a time to release your burdens. Let them go now. Know that all is well.

A very important aspect of Essence of Purity is 'unconditional love' and he focus on Self Love. This essence reminds us to focus on Pure thoughts and feelings about yourself and others (i.e. to live with a pure heart), but most importantly focus on your Self.

What do you think of when you think of Pure? Perhaps: Something white? Something clean? Something simple? Pure can do no harm. It is welcoming and welcomed. It is all that is. You are pure. Nature is pure.....left to it’s natural devices and state. Return to your natural state, and become pure.

Fire is pure....it is a welcome warmth and light, a guidance, a protection. Feel the purity of the rain the earth, the wind…all provide a loving, natural purity.

You are part of all this powerful, natural purity - you are not separate from these things. Simply allow yourself to BE the essence of who you are. Become the essence of purity. A spirit of Pure Light.

As you take this Essence, look around you and become aware of your living space. What needs to be made lighter and purer? Consider cleaning and purifying your house, room by room. Embark on a program of de-cluttering and letting go of old/unread books, papers and odds and ends. Also consider 'enlightening' your living space and redecorating room by room, using lighter, higher vibrating colours and start to experience how these changes have an important impact on you and your life. Ensure you have a balance of masculine and feminine energies in a room and copy the purity of nature, i.e use materials such as dark woods, metals and bring in a real fire or candles - then balance with lighter elements such as green plants, fresh flowers and soft, luxurious fabrics in light colours.

The following breathing exercise may benefit the user of this Purity essence:

Breathe in and breathe up the essence of the Earth Mother into your feet, up through your root chakra, through your solar plexus and finally feel it filling your heart with her loving, green pure energy. Breathe it in and say “I am Purified”.

As the breath is released, let go of your burdens. Release all that is not pure. Breathe out gently and totally, and say “I am released.”

Feel how safe you are. Feel how the Earth Mother holds you. Know that you are protected, warm, and supported. Always.

Directions: Take 3 drops of this essence, 3 times a day in a glass of water. The bottle should last approx. 3-4 weeks.
