Nurturing is one of the most important of the Sacred Feminine essences, and holds a vital key to self-illumination, and ultimately to personal empowerment and spiritual transformation.

Self nurturing can be a hard concept for women in particular, to appreciate – although it is not difficult, it is very simple: Love Thyself!

If you find yourself feeling ‘empty’ and unfulfilled, no matter what you do to fill the need…if you feel starved of love and affection, then we would say that it is time for you to stop reaching out for something to fill the gap so to speak, and instead spend some time loving and nurturing your self.

Perhaps it is time for you to pull back from giving so much to others? Consider that lasting fulfilment comes from love and reconnecting with the Truth. It is time to understand and appreciate the real meaning of nurturing yourself and others.

To help you, this Nurturing essence is given as a blessing to you from the Earth Mother herself. Her gift will provide gentle support for you, whilst you spend time focussing on yourself and recognising the beautiful, perfect being that you truly are. Feel how it feeds your soul with her unconditional love.

At the very heart of you, there is a Divine seed (your true Self) which needs to be nourished. If you starve yourself of this nourishment, which is Love, then your seed will become neglected and starve, and will be unable to grow and flourish. You will feel more and more deprived and unfulfilled.

Understand that this is not your true state. It is not the way to discover personal fulfilment and transformation.

Nurturing will help you to recognise this truth and help bring your life into balance in a gentle, loving way. It will help you to grow into the most beautiful version of YOU that you can be.
