Each essence in the range carries a vibration that is focused on a particular area to help you reveal the Light within and raise your consciousness. The essences will help you dissolve blocks to connecting with your true Self and help you recognize and take the steps on your path of spiritual evolution.

How frequently should I take the Essences?

Unless otherwise guided by Alun or Karen (or your own intuition) take 3 drops of essence in a glass of water 3 times a day. For either of the Balance and Boost essences, take 3 drops on the tongue or in a glass of water whenever you need it.

Are Essences safe to take?

These essences are completely safe to take as they contain only water, energy signature, and alcohol for preservation. However, if for some reason, you would prefer not to have alcohol as a preserver, the essences can be provided without.

Why should I keep a written journal?

Keeping a written journal is something we would strongly advise to keep track of any changes and experiences you notice throughout the period of taking an essence. It can be a good way to record how far you have come and any insights you receive in terms of your spiritual path.

How do I know which Essence to take?

We strongly advise taking the essences in order as they form a course and will take you on a journey, with each essence being a slightly higher vibration than the one before it. You may decide to take all 12 in sequence, or either the masculine or feminine – trust your intuition and which set feels right for you. Karen and Alun can also help you identify which essence would benefit you most.

Which Essence range do I choose from? Illumine or Illuminatrix?

Again, trust your intuition and feelings. However, also, have a look at your life – do you feel you have an imbalance of masculine or feminine? Are you over- or under-using your power? Men may be drawn towards the Illumine essences and women towards Illuminatrix but they are not mutually exclusive. A balance of masculine and feminine is crucial for everyone. You might like to start by taking the first essence in each range (Authenticity and Purity) and then take it from there.

Should I take the full course of Essences - or just take an Essence when I feel like it?

To get the most benefit from the essences, we would strongly recommend working through the essences one by one. This could form either a 6-month or 12-month course depending on whether you feel the need to take both the masculine and feminine essences. Further guidance can be obtained from Alun and Karen should you need it.

Absolutely! This is one area where the essences can bring great harmony to relationships. With both people beginning a course of essences at the same time. Because the essences are supporting as well as developmental, they can really help couples work through any issues more easily.

You can safely take ‘Balance and Boost’ as often as you need it as it will not harm you in any way. However, if you are finding that you are needing to take this essence more and more regularly, then we would advise that you contact us, with a view to looking a little deeper into the issue(s) that you are facing.

This can really depend on how much help and guidance you need. Of course, Karen and Alun are both there to help you with any questions you have about the essences and how they can specifically help you. There will be no cost for this. However, for more in-depth help it is worth investing in a full consultation. The question you need to ask yourself is, how much am I worth investing in?
